If you believe all of the rumors, Metroid Prime is getting the HD Remaster treatment and will be unveiled for the Nintendo Switch sometime in the next year, so this week, we spend some time talking about the things we want want to see in a hypothetical remaster. Dual analog and HD graphics obviously, but we dig a bit deeper and talk about the achievement system returning, a sound test mode or downloadable OST, co-op play, voice acted Chozo Lore, a 3D version of the Scan Pulse, a sneak peak trailer for Prime 4, and a extra gameplay epilogue where you play as... Dark Samus!?

Strap in, because the absolute, definitive review of Metroid Dread is here! With more than a month to sit on the game and collect their though, Andy, Dak, and Doom get together for one of our longest shows ever. We talk story, we talk music, we talk expansions and so much more! You won't want to miss the latest entry in our Definitive Ranking series!
Just as a refresher, the categories we're ranking each game in are:
- World / Atmosphere (the vibe, the setting, the mood)
- Art Style (design of Samus, the enemies, the graphics in general)
- Story (what works, what doesn't)
- Pacing / Progression (are there any parts that really bog the player down, or is it still fun getting lost?)
- Gameplay / "Gimmick" (what new or different gameplay aspects we like)
- Items / Abilities (how are the powerups and are they cool and practical)
- Areas (how does each individual area look, feel, play, etc.)
- Enemies / Bosses (are they fun, creative, etc.)
- Expansions / Powerups (are the expansions hidden throughout the world fun, creative, and enjoyable to collect?)
- Music (are we humming along?)
Of course, all of these are subjective, and we're putting our critics hats on, but we want to hear what you have to say on Twitter!

Metroid Dread is finally here and we spent all weekend with it! Having played an extensive bit of the game, the guys offer up their initial impressions of Dread: how do the controls feel and is the game as fast as we thought it would be? How do some of the new power-ups play and feel? What's our impressions of the areas and do they have enough distinction between them? Thoughts on the difficulty, particularly as it pertains to enemies and bosses? How do we find navigating the in-game map? How awesome are the EMMI zones?!
