This week, Andy and Dak are joined by Omega Metroid Website Reporter Griffin Olney to reminisce about their initial reactions to Dread being announced, the buildup towards the game and specifically whether or not Kraid should have been shown, how we feel a year later about some of the new powerups and features that the game introduced, see if our opinions on the story have changed, talk about areas that the next 2D Metroid could improve upon, and examine the state of the Metroid franchise in general one year after release.
